General Reservation Policies and Rules

• Cancellations and changes within 24 hours of booking incur no additional fee.
• Cancellation or changes will NOT be allowed more than 11 months prior to arrival date.
• The Primary Occupant cannot be changed and must match the name on the reservation and present a valid ID at check-in.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows / cancellations / early departures after the scheduled date of arrival.
• Golden Age Passholders must be present upon check-in and be an occupant on the site for the entire stay.
• Alcohol is prohibited except in full-service cabins, motor homes and select shelter rentals with permit.

• Full-Service Cabins/Houses
• Lodges
• Shelters/Amphitheaters
• Bus
• Youth Group

Billing and Refunds

Reservation billing appears as “Maryland Park Reservation 888-432-2267”. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Prices are subject to change without notice, and all transaction fees, penalties, and donations are non-refundable.

Changes to Policies and Procedures: We reserve the right, when necessary, to modify reservation policies.
